My passion: Key Account Management!

Since 2002, I have been able to support companies as a sparring partner, management consultant, trainer, speaker and coach in the introduction and further development of key account management programs.

As a founding member and chairman of efkam (European Foundation for Key Account Management), I value the regular exchange with other consultants and, above all, industry representatives on the topic of KAM and trends in key account management.

10 years of practical experience in the industry

  • I started my career in 1992 as a software developer in Berlin.
  • This was followed by two exciting years in an international development team in Belgium.
  • As an account manager, I was then responsible for the sales of capital goods in the EMEA region.
  • This was followed by the step into key account management. As a key account manager, I expanded the business with an international key account.
  • Finally, as head of “Key Account Management Development & Support” I was able to further develop the KAM structures in a group internationally with my team.

The fundament – broad education

  • The basis is a degree in communications engineering at the Telekom University of Applied Sciences in Berlin. Degree: Dipl.-Ing. (FH) of communications engineering
  • I then expanded my knowledge in the field of economics during evening studies at the Technical University of Berlin.
    Degree: Dipl.-Wirtschaftsing. (FH)
  • Now the management tool was missing. I acquired this through an Executive MBA at Henley Management College.
    Degree: MBA (Brunel University, London)
